Our camp-site is an affordable option for those whom want to be at the festival but find accommodation locally booked-up:  Toilets are from Honeywagonco and we apologise this year you will have limited access to showers, which is reflected in the price.


 

SAT: Camera skills workshop with Alex Peacock from Peacock studios. 

The cameras in this workshop are: Blackmagic Ursa, Sony FS7, Fixed lens camera, DSLR and a phone.  We will be making visual comparisons between the different formats on Sunday.

On Saturday we will be filming with the actors on camera from the acting workshop.

TALK FROM DON COUTTS AND SERGIO CASCIO.

After lunch you will have the chance to attend a talk from Don Coutts and Sergio Cascio a producer writer team whose film 'Dead Sea Reel's is screening on Friday 26 July at our Killearn Village Hall film and buffet.  The feature screening is 'The Winslow Boy' directed by David Mamet.

On Sunday you have the option to watch the rushes and talk about grading and editing.  Our guest director Robert Golden from Robert Golden Pictures will talk with us about how to look as an artist and his work won at EIFF and he has shown at Sundance.  Robert's book:

'A Role for Artists in Troubled Times' will be available for sale at Movie Hoolie.

  • Your lanyard will give you access to screenings.
  • On Sunday we will have food available to buy 
  • There is a cafe on-site called Soup Dragon Cafe and they sell vegan and meat dishes.
  • You may bring alcohol with you by permission of the owners of the land.
  • By booking onto this campsite you become a member of a club for the duration of your stay which allows you to bring alcohol with you and sleep on this private land.
  • Should you wish to cease being a member of this club please notify us and we will remove your name from the list.
